1. Production (OSD)

Position: Officer / Operator
Department: Production (Oral Solid Dosage – OSD)
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and comply with operations of various compression, coating, and granulation machines/equipment such as GEA, Cadmach, Fette, Korsch, coaters, RMG, FBE, FBD, etc.
• Perform online documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks during batch execution.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma, ITI.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years in production operations.
• Skills:
• Proficient in handling production equipment and machinery.
• Strong documentation and compliance skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Packing (OSD)

Position: Officer / Operator
Department: Packing (Oral Solid Dosage – OSD)
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and operate primary and secondary CVC packing lines.
• Conduct cleaning processes, challenge tests, and area cleaning activities.
• Manage track and trace, serialization activities, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc, B.Pharm, Diploma, ITI.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years in packing operations.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of packing line operations.
• Experience in cleaning validation and process optimization.
• Proficient in track and trace systems.

3. Quality Assurance (OSD)

Position: Executive / Officer
Department: Quality Assurance (Oral Solid Dosage – OSD)
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment validation and qualification.
• Oversee Quality Management System (QMS), In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), and document review.
• Provide line clearance, conduct investigations, and prepare audit trails and reports.

Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years in quality assurance.
• Skills:
• Expertise in QMS, IPQA, and equipment validation.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage audits and regulatory compliance.

4. Quality Control (OSD & Injectable)

Position: Executive / Officer
Department: Quality Control (OSD & Injectable)
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Waters HPLC, Dissolution, GC, and other instruments for AMV, RM, PM, and FP product analysis.
• Handle QMS-related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work with various instruments/software like Empower 3 and LIMS.

Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years in quality control.
• Skills:

5. Microbiology (OSD)

• Prepare media, conduct Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) and Bacterial Endotoxin Tests (BET).
• Perform environmental monitoring, culture management, and QMS investigations.
• Ensure compliance with microbiology lab standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc, B.Sc.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years in microbiology.
• Skills:
• Expertise in media preparation and microbial testing.
