Key Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues in production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
• 5 to 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
