Job Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate/Research Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Chemical Experiments: Performing laboratory experiments to assist in product development.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing results and preparing detailed reports on experimental procedures and outcomes.
- Lab Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring laboratory equipment is well-maintained and safety protocols are followed.
- Experiment Scaling: Assisting in scaling up experiments from lab to production, ensuring consistency and product quality.
