Position Overview
We are seeking an Analyst, Clinical Research Systems & Reporting to provide first-level support for system users, streamline processes, and assist in enhancing our clinical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as the primary contact for help desk incidents and configuration requests from internal and external users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
System Management
- Interface with system users to identify, evaluate, and solve system-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT to manage and improve system functionality.
Process Improvement
- Proactively identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Support training needs and help improve system processes.
Training Development
- Assist in developing training materials for application users.
- Participate in system testing and feedback collection from users.
User Engagement & Mentorship
- Engage with system users to capture feedback for future system enhancements.
- Provide guidance to junior personnel and contribute to system meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
