Position: Project Coordinator
Organization: Labcorp
Location: Bangalore
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc., B.Sc., Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and Track Progress
- Oversee new studies awarded for Specialty Labs.
2. Logistical Project Setup
- Handle logistical setup, including folder creation, budget review, and LIMS data entry.
3. Project Closure Activities
- Manage sample inventory reports, reconciliation, and shipment documentation in coordination with internal and external teams.
4. Client Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with client project teams to ensure satisfaction.
5. Day-to-Day Support
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including client communications and data entry.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with the Project Manager and participate in relevant meetings.
7. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to SOP development.
8. Responsiveness
- Respond promptly to team queries and ensure high-quality work standards.
