Responsibilities

Responsibility	Description
Reviewing and Analyzing Medical Records	Assign appropriate HCC codes by meticulously reviewing patient medical records.
Ensuring Coding Compliance	Adhere to federal regulations and coding guidelines to ensure proper reimbursement and compliance.
Collaborating with Healthcare Providers	Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses and ensure accurate coding.
Conducting Regular Audits	Perform audits to verify coding accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Staying Updated	Keep abreast of changes in coding regulations and best practices to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Timings and Shift Details

Shift Timing: Afternoon shift from 1 PM to 10 PM
