Job Description
Responsibilities:
| Responsibility | Description |

| Code Medical Reports | Assign appropriate CPT, ICD, and modifiers as per documentation. |
| Follow Guidelines | Adhere to project-specific guidelines without deviation. |
| Check LCD Policy | Ensure compliance for all Medicare patients. |
| Complete Tasks | Meet assigned tasks/targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs. |
| Ensure Compliance | Follow client/project guidelines, business rules, training, and quality policies. |
| Escalate Issues | Report issues to seniors in a timely manner. |
| Stay Updated | Keep abreast with the latest codes. |
| Teamwork | Work cohesively in a team and assist team members. |
| Punctuality | Maintain punctuality at all times. |
