Job Overview
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be part of Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, focusing on Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance. Your role will involve case management, including case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and follow-up on Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pharmacovigilance Operations
- Case Management: Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-up for ICSRs.
- Affiliate Mailbox Management: Reconcile reports per process and perform follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes comply with global regulatory requirements and client guidelines.
2. Team Collaboration
- Team Interaction: Work closely with your team and direct supervisor to solve routine problems.
- Instruction & Guidance: Receive moderate to detailed instructions on daily tasks and new assignments.
3. Learning & Development
- Quick Learning: Demonstrate agility in learning new processes and adapting to new challenges.

Qualifications and Skills
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing.
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in a related field.
