Essential Functions
1. Contract Development
As a Clinical Research Fresher, you will work closely with project teams to determine the appropriate terms and conditions for contracts under supervision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with project teams to identify contract terms.
- Assisting in preparing budgets with team support.
- Reviewing and signing off on contracts and budgets with supervision.
2. Customer Interface
You will act as a secondary interface for small-sized projects, providing essential support to both internal and external customers. This includes:
- Offering support on small to mid-sized customer projects.
- Assisting in the preparation, review, finalization, and distribution of budgets and contracts.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs.
3. Document and Database Management
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records is critical in clinical research. Your tasks will involve:
- Updating and maintaining proposal documents, contract databases, and files.
- Using budget tools to prepare client-facing budget grids.
- Performing quality control edits on all documents before finalization.
- Participating in the finalization and distribution of documents to customers and internal departments.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Internal Communication
You will engage with various internal stakeholders to develop budgets and proposals that meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading internal calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.
- Building proposals and contracts based on accurate and comprehensive customer data.
5. Execution and Implementation
In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing execution plans for new contracts. This involves:
- Acting as the primary interface for internal and external customers to develop budgets, proposals, and contracts.
- Developing execution plans for new award preliminary contracts to ensure timely execution.
- Ensuring that all proposals and contracts are aligned with the client’s needs.
6. Additional Duties
As a key member of the team, you will also perform other duties as assigned by your manager. These tasks may include:
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of tracking reports.
