Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Customer Support Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Knowledge Application: Refer to the knowledge base and perform tasks as per defined processes.
- Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up and closure of interactions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Shift Flexibility: Be comfortable with rotational shifts, extended working hours, and weekly offs.
