Job Description
As an Aggregate Report Analyst at Pfizer, you will be responsible for creating and managing documents related to post-marketing safety data. This role supports product development, license applications, and post-marketing maintenance. You will work closely with project teams to produce high-quality aggregate reports and safety documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Creation: Develop integrated analyses and safety reports, including Development Safety Update Reports (DSURs), Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), and Risk Management Plans (RMPs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure documents meet regulatory requirements and Pfizer’s internal standards, translating regulatory guidelines into actionable analysis.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address information gaps or issues in documents, proposing strategies to resolve them in collaboration with project teams.
- Oversight and Coordination: Oversee the work of internal or external co-authors and vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality document delivery.
- Communication: Liaise with project teams and line management regarding resource needs, timelines, and potential deviations.
- Document Strategy: Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive document strategies and ensure effective presentation of data.
Technical Skill Requirements
- Writing Skills: Exceptional scientific writing abilities, with a focus on summarizing and interpreting complex data effectively.
- Analytic Skills: Strong capability to examine data, formulate hypotheses, and execute analyses.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in presenting and defending data analyses before internal and external audiences.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Personal Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, with 3+ years of relevant medical experience in safety, regulatory, or clinical areas. Advanced degrees (MD, DVM, PharmD, or Master’s/PhD) are preferred.
- Experience: Proven ability to execute routine analyses, interpret safety data, and understand regulatory guidance related to pharmacovigilance and benefit-risk communication.
- Skills: Proficiency in statistical concepts, epidemiology, and common software tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
